Great job to all the runners at FATS! The many, many little hills were fun at first and then NOT. I think we were all motivated by each other and we ranged from 10 to 70 years old. How many sports can claim that?! See you all at MAD MARSH (good news: it's flat and easy)!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteNice meeting fellow Lynchburg'ers and making the connection. It was the closest I came to knowing anyone there and it helped make my 1st ultra that much more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteI really hated the hills/mounds/whatever and really don't think I'll do that course again... despite it now the place having special meaning for me.
Won't be able to make it down for your race but I wish you all the best of luck and hope to run into you at a race in the future!
